Long Distance Moving
Long distance moves are often an exciting new chapter for our clients. However, preparing, packing, and transporting all of your belongings can be overwhelming without the right support. Parkway Movers brings the expertise and care needed to make this process smooth. We offer long distance moving across Ontario and Canada. Our experienced team handles every aspect of your move, including packing, loading, transportation, and carefully unloading your belongings into your new home. Since we personally transport your belongings, we ensure a rapid turnaround time for delivery to your new home.
Our Process
Step 1 - Free Estimate
We start by thoroughly understanding your moving needs, including what items you want to have moved, your preferred dates, the distance and pickup/drop-off locations, and access for movers. We also take time to answer all your questions.
Step 2 - Packing and Junk Removal
This stage is optional. For larger or long distance moves, we recommend and can assist with packing and labeling some or all of the items beforehand to make moving day seamless. If you need any unwanted items removed, we will handle this before moving day to ensure everything is ready to make the move straightforward.
Step 3 - Moving Day
We arrive early and immediately begin wrapping, packing, and moving items into our trucks. Depending on the size of the job we will either use a two or three person team. Once the items are packed and secured in our truck, we transport them to your new home and unload everything. We work with clients to place items in their respective location in your new home.
